Mariko Shishikura, HR Leader at i-PRO, wins "The Art of HR - A Case Study Competition" and is awarded "The Art of HR" in 2023.

We are delighted to announce that Mariko Shishikura, our HR leader, received the award “The Art of HR – A Case Study Competition” by Speridian Technologies in partnership with SAP SuccessFactors. Her case study of “Maximizing the Power of Objectives by Leveraging Technology” reflects the innovation and transformation our HR team has underwent when it comes to deploying HR Technology.
